Job Description

Meet and develop important customers and members of trade channel.

Will be responsible to monitor and guide field sales staff in the form of giving product training, preparing & arranging literature's, promotional inputs, relevant references, detailed product manuals and Technical support

Develop proper feedback / monitoring systems with the sales staff Continuous tracking and analysis of competitor activities

Taking follow-ups from dealers & farmers for sales collection & product review

Will be responsible to provide Training to Sales staff on technical and commercial aspects of the product and oversee the sales target / collection achievements

Experience

(10-15) years of sales experience in Aquaculture Industry essential

Education

B.FSc/M.FSc and MBA in marketing or International Business
