National Sales Manager Protecton Job in Berger Paints India Limited

Job Description:

Develops and drives the sales for the products assigned on a National Basis and be responsible for the profitability and growth; have hands-on connect with materials/ production/ logistics to ensure supplies.

Develops and drives the sales strategy for the Government, direct industrial, contractor and fabricator segment and retail channel in line with the organizational objectives and the Protecton business plan;

Develops new business and customers to achieve the regional sales growth targets; works with expanding new products, newer segments, adding to more products with existing customer base.

Monitor the segments and business vectors and conduct surveys to facilitate expansion activities;
