This is a HR Services Specialist Payroll role, reporting to the Delivery Manager of Payroll and will be a part of Global Business Services (GBS) HR Delivery team based in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for timely administration of benefits like EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization), Superannuation & Gratuity for ABB India in line with statutory, country & group guidelines.

Your responsibilities

  • Processing of employees claims like EPFO, superannuation, EPS claims, gratuity settlements for ex-employees, transfer outs, loans, and pension as per statutory guidelines.
  • Processing and tracking employee PF loan - EMI start & closure updates and resolve employee queries related to PF settlements, superannuation and gratuity.
  • Handling monthly/annual compliances relating to PF remittance, PF returns, quarterly TDS re-turn, annual income tax return of the trust and coordinating with all location for monthly pension, inspection charges & admin charges.
  • Accounting of payments, receipts of the trust transactions and projection of funds for investments, coordinating with auditors for verification of regular payout documents and trustees for signature and reconciling bank accounts and submit the same to benefits manager.
  • Coordinating with bankers for PF settlements & loan amount disbursement to employee ac-counts on time and also with LIC for superannuation claims.
  • Maintaining & recording books of accounts of ABB India Employees PF Trust, ABB Gratuity Trust and other related documents and management of Employee filing room.

Your background

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in relevant field or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience is must along with working knowledge of PF Settlements, processing of accounts, superannuation.
  • Strong knowledge is SAP is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of UAN Activities, KYC related process is preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
