Business Systems Analyst Job in Assure Eservices

The successful candidate will play a key role supporting our client s project, focusing on functional analysis, requirements gathering, testing and integration of projects in support of the new data warehouse and analytics platform. The candidate will be an effective collaborator and work with diverse teams, including developers, analysts, and end users to deliver industry leading solutions.

The successful candidate will:

• Act as internal expert and communication lead to technology and business groups, enabling and supporting the adoption of solutions by product teams
• Build strong relationships with product stakeholders, analysts and developers spanning multiple locations
• Demonstrate outstanding drive and focus on delivering capabilities to the business and technology leadership team
• Provide oversight and coordination for effective and timely resolution of technology related issues across business functions
• Demonstrate sound decision making which reflects an understanding of the client s business and its priorities

Required Qualifications:

• A BS/BA degree or higher 10+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
• 10+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners
• 3+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools Desired Qualifications:
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 3+ years of SQL experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce, Data warehouse concepts, Dashboards, Reporting and Analytics
• Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
