Job Summary
  • Focus on European market and bidding sites.
  • Convert opportunities present in niche market to business.
  • Responsible for online bidding on Upwork, GURU Freelancer etc portals.
  • Must be proficient in proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, the communication link between the development team and clients.
  • Generate leads for mobile app development, web development, ecommerce web development, digital marketing.
  • Can generate and close the leads at individual level
  • Meet Sales target allocated
  • Plan, implement, track and improve strategies for new business
  • Experience in Lead Generation/ Sales with IT services company in an offshore model
  • Tech-savvy should be aware of various technologies (.Net, Open Source, SharePoint, Mobile, Cloud, IOT, AI and QA)
  • Must understand offshore development and its advantages
  • Proven track record of client growth and retention
