Job Summary

About role

  • Installation of Client Operating Systems Windows 10,
  • Diagnosing and resolving the issues in all operations related things like MS office. User applications,
  • Configuring and Troubleshooting office365 Outlook
  • O365 Mail configuration in androids, iPhone and iPad.
  • Managing data base of server & creating new users accounts from AD domain server
  • Installing & Maintaining the Laptops & desktop systems integrated with server.
  • Installation\Configuration\Maintaining the lan Networking.
  • Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems.
  • Implementation/Administration/Maintenance of Active Directory Infrastructure.
  • Installation and Configuration of ADS for Domain models.
  • Backing up of Active Directory and ASR (Automated system Recovery).
  • Policy Updating in client machines.
  • Troubleshooting network printers & configure it through server.
  • Diagnosing the hardware fault in laptops & desktops.
  • Hands-on experience in planning, implementation, and growth of the AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Experience in Build, release, and manage the configuration of all production systems
  • Experience in managing continuous integration and deployment methodology for server-based technologies
  • Experience designing and building web environments on AWS, which includes working with services like EC2, ELB, RDS, and S3
  • Experience working on Citrix deployment and user administration, profile management
  • Hands-on knowledge on user administration (performance tuning of Citrix) along with Infrastructure team to coordinate updates and patches


About you

  • Excellent communication skills. Proven experience in handling IT operational support for Sr (CXO level) customers (preferably US based customers).
  • Relationship management : Passionate individual with professional etiquettes to manage situations under pressure (specially with disappointed customers).
  • Proven experience in a Systems administrator role supporting multiple technologies likeWindows, Citrix, O365, AWS
  • Good Infrastructure and technology knowledge and experience working with US or UK in client facing roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure.
  • Ability to set up and configure server hardware.
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
  • Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking.
  • Experience with Windows Servers, virtualized servers (Hyper-V, VMWare, Microsoft Azure servers (VMs), etc.
  • Planning and recommending improvements in server security configurations and overall system and network security
  • Open / Acknowledge / Maintain / Update status on open incidents, tasks, change requests
  • Maintains system compliance with information security policies
  • Implements changes to Network infrastructure in order to correct errors or enhance functionality
  • Develops processes for improving operational efficiencies, as well as identifies/implements automation tools for existing manual processes.
  • Prepares technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of network design and operational requirements.

Preferred but not mandatory:

  • Any MS certification
  • Experience with AWS or Azure
  • Any scripting experience would be plus
  • Experience with Terraform, Cloud Formation would be a plus

Other Job Requirements:

  • Candidates with Help desk background would be preferred.
  • Must be flexible and able to work on a rotational schedule.
  • Must be available for on call (as per US time zone support requirements)
  • Work with minimal supervision, proactive candidate
