Job Summary
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications, systems, and services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business and technical requirements into well-engineered solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that conforms to best practices and design patterns.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to team discussions on software architecture, and advocate for engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Mentor junior software developers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in software development and evaluate their applicability to our goals and objectives.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
- Experience with modern software development tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles.
- Knowledge of web and cloud technologies, and experience with AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
