Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting the Lead Contract Manager (LCM) with the objective of supporting profitable delivery and the client account strategy to enhance commercial performance on the assigned account(s). Supporting the LCM in the establishment of contract management procedures, tools and methodologies to implement the contract in accordance with its terms, documenting and managing records with the objective to maintain complete contract documentation files and audit trail. Collaboration with the delivery teams in scope/gap analysis, project governance, management of change requests, monitor of the acceptance procedures, contract interpretation, etc. Ensure that all contract changes (e.g. addendum) are recorded in correct format, and that the performance of the contractual obligations is properly tracked and documented. Under the LCMs supervision, document contract governance, update and validate the contract change log; create and update contract claim management log, provide contract documentation management by uploading files to SharePoint and creating/documenting naming conventions; create and update deliverables and obligations; and develop contract awareness presentations. Support the LCM with the execution of general operational processes or specific actions to be taken based on contractual and commercial advice and obligations, such as:documenting contract governance, updating and validating the contract change log; creating and updating contract claim management providing contract documentation management by uploading files to SharePoint and creating/documenting naming conventions, supporting document amendment for changes; creating and updating deliverables and obligations matrices; and developing contract awareness presentations. Under the direction of the LCM, advise on issues of interpretation and assist in any disputes / claims resolution process and process creation. Participate in the preliminary review of, and subsequent transmittal of approved proposals, work or service orders to customers. Required skills and expertise: Detail oriented, and methodical in thinking with good time management. Strong proficiency in US/Europe English. Experience in reviewing contracts, Statement of Works, change requests or change notes. Ability to synthesize complex contractual topics and communicate to internal collaborators with different backgrounds and disciplines. Ability to set-up, create, and document processes. Experience in creating effective spreadsheets and presentations. Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook) and Visio Proactive, hands-on, and persuasive. Business focus, solution and problem solving oriented. Strong written correspondence skills. Deliver on commitments, be reliable, highly organized and structured, agile and creative. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a fluctuating workload and multiple priorities. Ability to work in a multicultural workplace. Committed & quick learner.
