Senior It Support Analyst - Financial Systems Job in Aumni Techworks

Key Responsibilities General Serve as first and second level technical support for Oracle Cloud ERP/Cloud EPM (PBCS), Account Reconciliations (ARCS) and Oracle DRM Serve as first and second level technical contact on integration between Oracle Cloud ERP/Cloud EPM (PBCS), Account Reconciliations (ARCS) and DRM with various interfacing applications. Execute user account set-up and maintenance based on authorized user roles and data access rules for Oracle Cloud, DRM and related systems. Monitor and troubleshoot data integrity and performance of Oracle Cloud ERP/Cloud EPM (PBCS), DRM and various upstream and downstream applications that consume DRM data or provide inputs to the Cloud Financials Suite of applications Interact with Oracle using Oracle's support portal, to troubleshoot /resolve product related issues. Coordinate ERP and EPM Upgrades insuring proper unit, integration, and user acceptance testing Build and maintain Application Outlines, Calculation Scripts, Business Rules, Dimension Builds, Data Loads, Data Maps and Batch Automation Scripts on EPM Applications Build and maintain entity control groups and manage security within the EPM applications Responsible for changes as needed to Workflow. Provide primary support in the development, testing, and maintenance of Forms, Financial Reports (FR), and Smart View Ad-hoc Templates. Responsible for managing and monitoring the Oracle load process (ad hoc requests and nightly scheduled loads), data validation, and addressing load issues. Responsible for monthly seeding and finalizing of Planning and Budgeting Scenarios including but not limited to Seeding Actuals Data, Loading Workforce Data, Copying Scenarios, moving Data from Planning Environment to Reporting Environment. Assist with changes to Data Relationship Management (DRM) as requested. Coordinate data fixes/issue resolution related to DRM and related financial systems, involving multiple teams/stakeholders Document and execute various test scripts across various cloud based financial systems Review functional design specifications and transform them into technical specifications and/or pseudocode Participate in standard IT change management process to impact change to various applications Perform these and other duties assigned in accordance with Kaplan's Compliance, Information Security and Financial Systems policies and procedures. Skills 5+ years experience an IT/technical support role supporting Oracle Hyperion Based applications A very good understanding of dimensions/hierarchies and master data management for reporting systems. Working knowledge with RDBMS and multidimensional databases A very good understanding of SQL and an ability to write queries for analysis/troubleshooting and ad hoc reporting Working knowledge of windows scripting and DOS bat file commands An understanding of chart of account maintenance within Financial Systems a plus Comfortable both supporting daily Operation Tasks and managing small IT Projects (such as quarterly upgrades) Ability to initiate support incident tickets both internally and with Oracle, work and bring them to completion with minimal support Ability to learn operational steps of financials systems and execute test scripts and report bugs to product owners and vendors Strong written and verbal skills Comfortable working in virtual teams leveraging google meet Demonstrated problem solver
