This role is responsible for the marketing content management for online and offline channels, raising and follow-up of internal system requests for marketing activities and campaigns, collating reporting and visuals of marketing activities and supplier marketing plans regular updates. Creation and implementation product and supplier plans and campaigns, to deliver marketing programs for selected suppliers regionally and globally, with a robust ROI. Specific focus will be on our key strategic Supplier Brands and Product Segments, ensuring that product content, plans for all the product segments globally and reporting are delivered on time.

The Supplier Marketing Executive, is a member of the Commercial Marketing team, but works closely with the extended marketing team, as well as the Global Supplier and Product teams, specific to the technology areas. This role has global responsibilities across EU, NA, & APAC.

Accountabilities with Key Outcomes: Describe essential accountabilities the job performs and key outcomes. Accountabilities should be listed (max of 8) in order of importance.

Coordinate content submission for all online and offline channels to deadline, liaising with the product teams to retrieve content and supervising allocation fit to channels (homepage banners, newsletters, NPI pages, merchandising, special offers, social media, etc.).

Collate channel visuals and performance updates on a monthly basis, collecting all information and making it available to the extended teams

Update with product information, performance KPIs and visuals on selected supplier plans for all technologies.

Create and implement product and supplier plans and campaigns, to deliver marketing programs for selected suppliers regionally and globally, with a robust ROI.

Raise, manage and follow-up on Workfront jobs (internal system) on monthly content updates and ad-hoc campaigns.

Support the Supplier marketing team in providing information to other cross-functional teams, perform administrative tasks (plans update, system jobs, invoicing) and contribute to sales integration activities.

Liaise with peers and external vendors to manage delivery planning to agreed priorities.

Required

  • 2 -5 years Marketing Experience
  • Able to work across multiple markets and regions
  • Experience of multi-channel marketing mix including offline, online, SEM, social
  • Experience with data management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a complex multi-channel marketing environment
  • Skilled at written communication
  • Advanced (fluent) command of written and spoken English essential
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to multi-task.
