Job Summary

The EM will be a part of the Fulfilment Team (along with the sourcer) and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the client, fulfilment of all the requirements and growth of their respective accounts. The EM will act as a representative of Client within AEx and vice-versa. The right candidate for this role is expected to be diplomatic and amicable and possess high level of diligence and effective communication skills. Since, the candidate will engage with Large Scale Enterprises only, necessary professional skills and aptitude are a must.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Understand the clients requirement clearly and work closely with the Acquisition Specialist in identification and alignment on the right skillset/persona of the required Expert.
2. Ensure quality and relevance of the profiles sent to the client.
3. Ensure smooth flow of engagement between the client and the expert throughout the Onboarding and Execution process.
4. Constantly engage with the client and expert to keep a track of progress and feedback from both parties. Ensure quick resolution of disputes if any.
5. Complete ownership of revenue realisation will lie with Fulfillment Team.
6. Responsibility of growing account size and generating more requirements from the client through Cross Selling and Up Selling.
7. Take ownership of receivables from the client and ensure timely payment to the Experts.
8. Build and maintain healthy relationships with both Client and the Expert.
9. Complete ownership of client satisfaction and happiness.
10. Ensuring proactive communication and timely response.

Required Skills And Experience

1. Strong communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
2. Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
3. Experience of 1-3 years in client facing roles is a must.
4. Experience of working with Large Scale Enterprise clients is preferred.
5. Attention to detail and diligence to keep all the data and information organized.
6. Must have a collaborative and easy going approach with teammates.
