Job Summary
We are hiring an Key Accounts Manager for our team located in Bangalore. Our dream candidate is highly motivated, collaborative, and an opportunity mapper with a passion for value proposition.
2. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
3. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
4. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
5. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
6. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
7. Upselling and cross-selling with the assigned clients.
8. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
9. Ensure periodic reporting of execution progress and additional valuable insights with clients.
10. Align clients requirements and expectations with Ops capabilities, define internal KPIs and constantly follow MIS & closely monitor the progress towards targets.
2. Should have strong understanding of B2B market
3. Should have strong CXO connects
4. Ability to grow rev Share of Wallet(SOW) for existing set of accounts
5. Ability to build/drive strong CXO connects in existing set of accounts
6. Ability to maneuver/drive complex projects and deliver customer delight
7. Should have strategic mindset
8. Should able to create strategic account level plan and drive growth initiatives Understanding of Account receivables (Not a must)
9. Strong presentation/analytical skills
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to retain them.2. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

Required Skills And Experience
1. Experience in managing large enterprise accounts pref BFSI/FMCG/FMCD either at regional or pan India level as Account manager2. Should have strong understanding of B2B market
