Job Summary
"The Expansion Lead would be responsible for establishment and growth of a curated and engaged pool of Expert Supply. He/she will lead the ideation, testing and implementation of processes for setting up proactive/organic acquisition channels, ensuring quality of the Expert pool and devising ways to keep the said pool engaged through platform or other means. The right candidate for this role is expected to be a hustler, frugal and an innovative thinker with hands-on approach.
2. Build efficient, frugal and organic channels for expert acquisition.
3. Develop a curated pool of experts with the objective of reducing sourcing time and increase the ratio of sourcing from internal pool vs external sourcing.
4. Build assessment and screening processes to ensure the quality of talent.
5. Create quality metrics and tracking mechanisms along with channels to acquire best talent based on role/skill etc.
6. Build processes to ensure higher sourced to selection ratio
7. Implement innovative methods to keep the Expert pool engaged and retained on AEx platform.
8. Create best practices for healthy engagement with experts.
9. Build approaches for learning and development of the Expert pool.
2. Minimum Experience of 3 years in any relevant role.
3. Experience in User acquisition, Growth Hacking, Supply partnerships domain is preferred.
4. Data driven approach and structured thinking are critical skills required for the role
5. Must have a collaborative and easy going approach with teammates.
6. Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under pressure."
