Senior Analyst Salesforce Job in Axelerant Technologies, Inc

As a Senior Analyst- Salesforce, you will have an opportunity to work closely with our customers and global teams, promoting, Trust, Innovation, Value, and Technological Excellence. As a Salesforce Sr. Analyst, you ll be a trusted advisor to our clients as well as share your expertise to broaden our Digital Experience footprints and accelerate the digital outcomes for our clients by leveraging Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Aligning to project goals of Axelerant and for our clients.
• Responsible for client system analysis and solution design and presentations on force.com and all other Salesforce Products.
• Responsible for working closely with clients, internal teams, and partners
• Contributing to scope and development estimates
• Advising relevant stakeholders during project discovery and definition phases
• Working with development teams and other stakeholders to mitigate technical issues during active project phases
• Engaging in multiple projects at one time to ensure positive outcomes

Requirement

• 4+ years of experience in salesforce implementation.
• 5+ project experience in end-to-end Salesforce full life cycle in various capacities
• Exposure in large multi-system Consult, Design and Integrate Project after 2018/19
• Understanding of programming concepts in Javascript, JSON, Apex, Visualforce, etc.
• Deep experience with automation tools like workflows, formulas, validation rules, Triggers, flows, Processes builders, Apex Class, Apex Triggers, Escalation, and auto-response rules.
• Experience in building an Apex trigger using Apex code, Lightning Web Components
• Expert in data extraction from Salesforce objects and good experience of working along with Excel What-If Scenarios, Pivot Table, Sorting and Analysing Data Skills or PL-SQL Concepts
• Working knowledge of Einstein Analytics, Prediction Builder, and/or Tableau
• Good communication and presentation Skills

Must have

• Ability to analyze and add value on more than one Salesforce Product from Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, MuleSoft, etc
• Ability to Design and Architect a Solution when a new requirement or enhancement is requested from clients in a competitive environment.
• Experience in providing Technical Design & Solutions including conditional logic and actions for the business process like Marketing, Sales Process, Service Process, Integration, Prediction Builder, etc
• Deep understanding of Lightning Web Components
• Have the ability to engage with the development team, to define the Technical Architecture in a multi-system environment
• Technical Documentation during the discovery phase and project phases

Good to have

• An active Salesforce PD1/PD2/Cloud/Architect certification is mandatory. (Any or more than 1)
• Have exposure in DevOps, AWS, or Azure, etc, and have working knowledge/Conceptual Understanding of anyone.
• Have exposed or used Jenkins, BitBucket Github to perform Salesforce and mule module deployments
• Has working knowledge of Ci/Cd and Change Sets
• Knowledge of Release management processes
