Assistant Product Manager Job in Axiobio

• Good understanding of wound care segment in India
• Excellent communication skills, Pleasant attitude
• Experience in handling new product launches will be preferred
• Ability to work on own initiative, yet work well within a team culture
• Flexibility to travel across the territory

Steering with the complete Sales team, coordinating with departments as required (R&D, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, Design, Digital Marketing, International team, Sales coordinators, etc.

Joint work with the team (Across India, as when required)

• Technical understanding of healthcare/Med-tech/Pharma
• Experience in working with doctors for product marketing
• Key opinion leader development and management
• Developing marketing and campaign strategies for products
• Experience in digital media marketing and handling agencies
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Developing a product marketing plan and executing campaigns to generate product awareness
• Planning Product launches in various markets and provides support to the sales team
• Developing Marketing tools and training materials
• Supporting marketing collateral development
• Support development team to pilot newer iterations with customers
• Develop and execute case study data and publish
• Developing curiosity quotient among customers
• Manage and communicate with cross-functional team
• Leadership & motivational skill
