About International Banking Division:

TheInternational BankingDivision caters to the needs and requirements of all Offshore Clientele, aswell Onshore Financial Institutions. The International Banking Division worksdirectly with the Banks overseas offices and branches to cover a widegeographical region.

About the Role:

TheJob entails responsibilities of credit, credit operations andrelationship management. Ideal candidate should have experience both in creditand relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the development of Credit Business for the geography.

Assist the Head-Credit in the Credit Appraisal process of locallysourced proposals

Assist the Head-Credit in the review and monitoring of Assets quality ofcredit portfolio.

Assist the Head-Credit in documentation for loans and advances,including co-ordination with transaction counsels for scope of work, fee,arranging the draft documents, arranging vetting by in-house legal team andexecution of the same.

Assist the Head-Credit in completion of security creation in case ofloans and advances disbursed, follow-up for clearance of Irregularities,compliance of sanction terms & conditions, etc.

Assist the Head-Credit in filing of various MIS/statements pertaining tocredit activities undertaken with Central Office, regulators etc.

Assist in syndication/sell down of Debt in local market.

Qualifications:

Optimalqualification for success on the job is:

Graduate/ MBA (Marketing) preferred

NCFM and AMFI Certifications

Role Proficiencies:

Forsuccessful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge of banking products and services

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

Good communication (both verbal and written)skill in both English and the local language

Ability to manage complex client situations

Ability to manage risk and uncertainty forself and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
