About International Banking Division:

TheInternational BankingDivision caters to the needs and requirements of all Offshore Clientele, aswell Onshore Financial Institutions. The International Banking Division worksdirectly with the Banks overseas offices andbranches to cover a widegeographical region.

About the Role:

TheJob holder is responsible for ensuring timely execution of dailyactivities by the Operations Team, Ownership of activities and HR activities ofDRO. Ensure delivery of Quality Customer Service. Overall Supervision ofOperations Team. Ensuring Customer Focus within the Team. Compliance to LocalRegulations.

KeyResponsibilities

Responsible for the generation of leads for the Customer Service Team

Responsible for supporting the marketing team in terms of generation ofleads and providing them all the enablers on time

Ensure timely closure of Audit Reports(Internal and External)

Liaison with PRO, Regulators and various Statutory Authorities

Co-ordinate with various departments in Central Office and Branches inIndia.

Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution of the same

Responsible for overseeing routine operations and HR Matters of theregion.

Qualifications:

Optimalqualification for success on the job is:

Graduate/ MBA (Marketing) preferred

NCFM and AMFI Certifications

Knowledge of banking products and services

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

Good communication (both verbal and written)skill in both English and the local language

Ability to manage complex client situations

Ability to manage risk and uncertainty forself and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
