Job Description: Handling end-to-end recruitment. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidate Tracking, Interview Coordination, Reference checks, Selection and Follow-ups for joining candidates. Handling initial round of HR screening in order to evaluate the candidates. Applied sourcing methods to find the right candidates from internal database, job portals (naukri, iimjobs, etc), and networking sites like LinkedIn. Set up interviews between the shortlisted candidates and the hiring manager. Pre-joining and joining formalities, Induction support & Appointment letter for all new joiners. Completing timely reports, trackers etc. Assist in other HR activities, as required.
