Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain cost-effective strategies to attract and hire top talent into the organization (For both India and US offices) Drive recruitment strategies and play a hands-on role in managing the end-to-end process of attracting and on-boarding the right talent Have a clear understanding of our business strategy and goals, recruiting requirements and business requirements Identify key sourcing channels and implement creative sourcing strategies Ensure we have the right person in the right role Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods, tools and technologies Uphold the Azul Arc brand and provide a phenomenal candidate experience Manage onboarding process of new hires, as well as the exit process of departing associates Review, analyze and monitor employee data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience Promote our values and culture that emphasize a growth mindset and a focus on the whole person Drive our learning and growth plans for our associates. Organize/arrange training on a consistent and ongoing basis Manage the overall HR function for our organization, including compliance and government regulations Experience & Skills Required: 10+ years of Recruiting and Human Resources experience, with at least 5+ years in hiring IT professionals across various levels Prior experience in building recruiting infrastructures for growing organizations, including process, strategy, metrics, and systems Thorough understanding of job market and hiring trends, early indicators of change, and strategies to adapt quickly to a changing hiring environment Effective leadership: ability to grow, mentor and challenge a team to do their best work every day Excellent communication, behavioral interviewing and negotiating skills A plus if you have: Knowledge of the latest software technologies Experience with developing employee learning programs
