Job Summary


Principal Accountability:

Responsible for business target achievement for the region assigned, through partner branches.
Ensuring profitability of the channel by driving productivity and various sales initiatives
Target setting and goal alignment with assigned channel partners; and to support the channel partner in achieving the agreed business target.
Goal Setting, monitoring/tracking of team sales activities & guidance to team for achieving performance standards
Tracking competition activities in the assigned market and in general.
To organize sales campaigns, product launches and conduct training at partner branches.
Identifying and exploiting new business opportunities with an objective to increase business and strengthen ties with the partner.
Ensuring adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
Ensuring timey resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.


Skill & Knowledge:
Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills.
Should have in-depth knowledge of Insurance and related financial market.
Should have analytical skills to understand the gap between current business and potential business opportunities.
Should have good presentation, coaching and training skills.
Should be a continuous innovator and solution provider.
Should be good at relationship building/management.
Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.

Qualification & experience:

Educational Qualifications:Masters or Bachelor degree in business, engineering, science, hospitality or arts.

Exeperience: Eight to ten years experience in Insurance, from Bancassurance background or from banking background.
