Job Summary YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build / collaborate to foster partnerships with functional team members to identify learning and communication needs.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of identified DS&A level SharePoint sites (focus on technology) to ensure they meet the business need
  • Support logistics for facilitation of instructor led courses - where possible
  • Develop communication deliverables / solutions that simplify complex messages and deliver them in a variety of formats
  • Leverage a variety of media to drive awareness, compliance and skill development across the organization
  • Support development of learning content for business needs which are small in scope and simple in complexity.
  • Ensure learning materials and programs are always aligned with current quality documents and processes
  • Practice effective communication skills to facilitate instructor-led training sessions; virtual or online training sessions and/or general communications.
  • Contribute to DS&A Learning and Communications Plans (plan for development and implementation of learning and communications solutions based on functional / organizational needs). Leverage planning skills to establish and oversee a development timeline.
  • Partner with other L&C team members to support DS&A Onboarding efforts for team members in India, Japan and China - acclimate new hires to DS&A and ensure guidance and support are available in the initial months of employment
  • Participate in the DS&A Learning and Communications Network to drive transparency, and to foster collaboration and alignment
  • Required Candidate profile

    • Bachelors degree in a scientific, business or information management discipline, with 2 years of experience in a large global organization and in-depth knowledge of clinical development process.
  • 3+ years experience with instructional design and the application of adult learning theory principles
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective partnerships
  • Experience and success in working in globally diverse teams
  • Excellent knowledge transfer and presentation skills
  • Solution oriented mindset
  • Ability to embrace and adapt to change - and successfully navigate in a changing environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask with strong prioritization, planning and organization skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with an understanding of SharePoint.
