Desired Candidate Profile
Awareness on the different metal forming processes such as forging, rolling etc.., associated
defects in the products produced in the above process.
Methods of detecting those defects.
Chemical and Mechanical propertiesof these products and associatedstandard reference.
Awareness of ISO QMS Processes.
Familiarity, interpreting drawing with precision machining operations and measurementsof
same.
Good communication and computer knowledge, understanding required documentation and
monitoringimplementation of the same.
Exposure in quotation preparation costing, cost break up sheet, compiling data for RFQ.
Price negotiation, supplier identification /development.
Supplier performance monitoring skill/method.
Work experience : Minimum of 5 years in oil & gas industry, hydraulic industry.
