Your duties: Implementation, documentation, and validation in production environment of machine software adaptations. This software runs on ~10k machines worldwide. Upgrade projects to bring old equipment in line with modern safety/quality standards, which is a building block for increasing the intelligence of our equipment globally Dimensioning, implementation, and validation of energy saving projects (e.g., high efficiency motors) on install base Understand the requirement and existing solution Preparation of Electrical design draft document with BOM Developing or adapting PLC program Committing the changes on SVN Development or adapting the HMI program Preparation of SDD document Developing the PILZ Program Testing and validation of program on Proto Machine Communicating to various stakeholder Field trials at various plant location Work on Axel logic lab IEC 61131 Work on TI Code composer SAP code creation request for new material About You Essential skills & competences You hold a bachelor or master s degree in engineering in control technology/automation/mechatronics. You have 3+ years experience in a relevant position. You have good knowledge of programming (C, IEC61131) languages. You can work independently but also a team player. You are characterized by your results-oriented and hands-on way of working. You are very analytical, creative & problem-solving person.
