Purpose of theRole:

Direct, administer and coordinate the internaloperational activities of the company in accordance with strategies andobjectives of the group as well as being responsible for the Human Resources inIndia.

KeyResponsibilities as Office Manager

Direct Company operationsto meet business and financial goals and objectives.

Develop short-term andlong-term plans to support strategic business goals.

Establish performancecriteria, allocate resources and assess policies and procedures to ensurebusiness objectives are met.

Direct and participate inactivities to support business objectives and plans.

Monitor the performance,taking corrective action when necessary.

Ensure that all activitiescomply with legal and regulatory requirement, regulations, ethics and internalpolicies and procedures.

Devise the roles andresponsibilities for the key positions and recruit the most suitable candidatesfor the jobs.

Ensure operational goalsare achieved with emphasis on staff development and service quality.

Establish and monitor thekey performance indicators.

Ensure that all agreed anddocumented compliance and risk procedures and reporting requirements areimplemented and followed.

Implement operationalpolicies and procedures so that the business is handled in a secure, costeffective and efficient manner.

Develop new methods ofworking to improve performance.

Oversee recruitment,training and management of staff based in India.

Coordinate and execute avariety of projects.

Deliver assigned projectswithin agreed timescales, without compromising on quality of thedeliverables.

Keep all relevantstakeholders in the loop regarding progress on various projects.

Interpret business needsand translate them into solid operations requirements.

Effectively prioritise andwork across multiple projects simultaneously to achieve desiredobjectives.

Take ownership of issuesright through to resolution.

Establish processes ofprocedures to optimise the operations. Evaluate current working processes andmake recommendations for improvements, to ensure enhanced performance.

KeyResponsibilities as HR Manager

Maintains and enhances theorganization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluatingemployee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices in thecountry.

Maintains human resourcestaff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Maintain human resourcestaff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning,monitoring, and appraising job results

Otherresponsibilities:

Following teams andCompanys processes and procedures effectively.

Keeping abreast ofprofessional knowledge by maintaining personal networks and studyingdevelopments within the industry, to ensure that the Company is one step ahead.Participating in training as appropriate to maintain own professional expertiseand CPD.

Undertaking otherreasonable duties as instructed by senior management.

Required Skills andAbilities:

Previous experience asManager or relevant role.

Languages Business LevelEnglish, Hindi, Malayalam

HR experience is a plus.

Understanding of businessfunctions such as Finance, Marketing, etc.

Competency in strategic planningand business development

Outstanding organizationaland leadership abilities

Excellent interpersonalskills

Aptitude in decisionmaking and problem solving

Creativity and ability tothink outside of the box.

Positive and proactiveattitude and willingness to take responsibility for dealing with issues toresolution.

Desirable Skillsand Abilities:

Understanding andexperience working in Gaming, entertainment or Services Sector desirable.


Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Office or HR skill with 2+ years experience

Required - Located in Cochin

Required - Good command over English,Hindu

Experience Required :

2 to 10 Years
