Job Summary

Key Accountabilities:

    • Manage the Client onboarding process, including number reconciliation of prospect onboarding, analysis on drop-offs, KYC co-ordination, Sanctions screening, and alerts to prospects/customers
    • File exchange & Integrity process with Banks, for Cust Id/Account No: and Risk Rating.
    • Embossing and dispatch of cards, and welcome kit collaterals and related plastic management, return tracking and closure process.
    • Customer and prospect status on onboarding.

Job duties and responsibilities:

    • Manage the end-to-end setup of the Pre-issuing Unit, including preparation of the UAT /test cases, checking, verification and transfer to production.
    • Liaise with key stakeholders in the Product/ Compliance/Customer Service/Other Units for any Projects/Issues.
    • Manage the daily operations on pre-issuing as described above.
    • Manage change delivery with a high focus on controls and customer-centric processes.
    • Plan continuous improvements in the process and keep driving cost-reduction initiatives and projects on productivity.

Required Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role with a large private sector bank .
    • Knowledge on business requirements on KYC and customer onboarding.
    • Minimum of 8-10 years experience in Banking, with experience on various areas like customer service, Operations and others.
    • Basic knowledge on RPA/productivity tools.
    • Extensive experience on SIT/UAT and Project deployment.

Education/Preferred Qualifications:

    • Minimum of graduation from a recognized University.
    • Post-graduation or professional degree preferred

    • Eye for detail, data accuracy and strong orientation on controls
    • Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
    • Adaptive to new technologies, and an orientation towards digital technologies and innovation.

    • Ability to comprehend and understand and explain issues for with the requisite level of detail and clarity.
