- Influence partners to drive the sales of airtel products and services based on appropriate customer segment for each store
- Understand market dynamics and drive channel partners towards raising the customer pool
- Ensure a consistent store experience for customers: complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient
- Plan local area catchment programs by coordinating with the Circle marketing team
- Ensure total compliance to processes and systems
- Support the hiring process by identifying talent
- Identify gaps & recommend solutions to improve the induction & training strategy of store staff
- Ensure Circle support to manage exceptional escalations
- Scout for opportunities for new airtel franchise stores as per requirement
