Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Expected Key Results & Activities
  • Process Compliance

- Timely Deal qualification as per DOA guidelines / agreed timeframes and formats-Evaluate & Analyze RFPs feedback to Sales/ Business Team on eligibility, risks, SLAs, commercial terms, penalties, other challenges- all relevant stakeholder from commercial, legal, business are informed and their feedback sought and mitigated

  • Timely Bid Submission

Customer specific- all proposal/ submission adhering to bid submission timelines and otherwise agreed customer agreed timelines.- customer presentation formats- Ensure high win rate of the bids- Track TEC evaluation process and updates till award of contract
  • Bid Compliance

- Closure of allinternal /external agreements and documentation- Bid Compliance rate of 100%. This means that 100% of the bids cannot get rejected for techno-commercial reasons
Skills Required :
Educational Level
BE / Diploma in Computers, Electronics & Telecommunications/Information Technology / MBA in IT
Working Experience
Experience Required :

5 to 8 Years
