Job Responsibilities

1.B2B pricing for data and voice2.Stock preparedness Dongle, Mifi, indoor CPE, Motorola devices- interface with centre SCM and vendors for ensuring stock3.ASC team: end to end engagement and roadshow management4.Product configurations5.Address issues in EPCN configurations6.Liason with entire B2B team- Direct and Indirect teams7.Liason with centre pricing and IR product teams for plan requirements8.Ensuring higher Net Adds9.Managing churn /retention requests from service team10.Driving service team-direct and indirect on agendas like Enterprise huB penetration, churn , cross sell and upsell11.Driving key programs Like Airlift/Ashwamedh with ECs12.SIM stock and SUK kit management13.GAC policy14.Tab targets15.Schemes for B2B team- launch and dashboards16.Accountiwse follow up on funnel of B2B teams17.Manage Sales reversal, ZU and B2B ROTC18.Managing decay of B2B accounts
Skills Required :
Must Have: 4-6 years working experience. Desirable that 2-3 years should be in telecom sales/ marketing.
