Job Summary
- Bachelor s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 3-6 years of product management experience in the fintech industry, with a focus on alternative investments, SDIs (bonds), or commercial real estate.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing fintech products from concept to market.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an agile development environment, with a deep understanding of agile principles and practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to fintech products in India.
