Position: Technical Product Manager

We re on the hunt for a Technical Product Manager to focus on the technical and tactical aspects of our electronic trading platform Midas. As a key player on the team, you ll collaborate with internal teams to build and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performing solutions tailored for institutional customers. The scope of this role includes everything from routing, trading system infrastructure, and performance monitoring to enhancing client experience and overseeing the entire trade lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

Drive OKRs & Execution

• Lead the execution of technical designs and builds by driving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure impactful work for the team.

Write PRDs for Technical Improvements

• Own the process of writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for technical improvements at both the infrastructure and application layers of the electronic trading platform.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Engineering, Partnerships, Operations, and Compliance teams to gather and define all necessary requirements for successful product launches/releases.

Enhance Liquidity Provider Program

• Build tools to monitor, track, and report liquidity status, identifying and addressing any potential gaps in the liquidity provider program.

Develop Testing Frameworks

• Design and implement testing frameworks, create test cases, and ensure high-quality releases for individual product releases.

Trading Data & Metrics Tracking

• Build tools to track and report trading data and success metrics, ensuring that product releases are delivering measurable impact.

What You Need to Bring:

3+ Years Experience in API Development

• Proven experience in technical product management, with a strong focus on API development and management.

2+ Years in Brokerage, Market-Making, or Institutional Trading

• Experience working within brokerage, market-making, or institutional trading environments.

Hands-on Coding Skills

• Proficiency in coding using programming languages like Python, Java, Golang, or C++ is a must.

Understanding of Market Microstructures

• Deep understanding of market microstructures and familiarity with low-latency trading principles.

Background in Sell-Side or Buy-Side Institutions

• Experience working at a sell-side or buy-side institution is essential to this role.

Experience in Digital Assets (Bonus)

• Previous experience in the digital asset space is a significant bonus.
