Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify trends and issues in data using advanced analysis techniques. Provide technical and analytical assessments of issues facing the business and presents findings to key stakeholders.
- Assists with customizing existing reports and data manipulation.
- Assists in verification of data loading and manage the Quality of the data sets.
- Develop reports and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity issues and problems.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrate ability to create, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
- Identify, develop, and implement solutions for business processes in our Dynamics 365 online platform supporting all departments.
- Assist in enhancing the dashboarding, reporting and analysis process.
- Troubleshoot existing customizations and functionality in Dynamics 365.
- Become the in-house expert on CRM UI, functionality, and processes.
- Work collaboratively with team to integrate other systems and data sources into Dynamics CRM.
- Develop and support data integration involving MS Dynamics and other data sources.
- Develop and perform standard queries to ensure data quality, identify data inconsistencies, missing data and resolve as needed.
- Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plans.
