Job Summary

Job Brief

  • Promote/Sells/secure order form existing and prospective customer through a relationship-based approach.
  • Demonstrates products and services to the existing/potential customer and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Key Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a territory lead generation plan, meet monthly quotas.
  • Seeks out new customer and sales opportunities for driving revenue.
  • Build long term relationship with key contacts at target customers.
  • Analyse the sales trend, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential.
  • Use various lead generation tools to create a database of potential targets.
  • Analyse the territory/market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization.
  • Effectively execute and manage on every element of the sales process on an individual level and build a top-notch direct sales team in the future.
  • Learn and adopt about customer-centric selling technique as the foundation for all sales process and practise.
  • Effectively apply the principles of customer-centric Selling to determine prospective customer need and help them visualized how to use Biozyme s offering to achieve their goals.
  • Once interest is determined, get committed to move forward with evaluation of Biozyme and effectively hand leads over to outside sales.

Requirement

  • Have 3-5years of experience in bio-chemistry.
  • Have a flair for selling and building relationships with individuals and organizations.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills when dealing with customer, staff & management.
  • Excellent persuasion skills, ability to spot opportunities and go after them with gusto.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Ability to work under constraints and to make the most out of allotted resources.
  • Keen sense of using the internet and telephones as a medium to connect with customers.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
