Job Summary

Job Description:

  • IT equipment inventory management. Maintaining inventory sheets and asset forms, keeping track of all the assets assigned to the employees at various locations.

  • Maintaining vendor details and updating as and when required

  • Approaching Vendors, coordinating with them, final negotiations, placing orders, taking proper deliveries, etc.

  • Maintaining tracker for vendors invoice processing, working on payment request forms and making sure timely payment is done. Following up with the stakeholder for the payment, as and when required. Ensuring that correct details are there in the invoices.

  • Handling warehouse and courier mechanism, coordinating with the vendors for delivering equipment to the employees and updating the warehouse inventory sheet.

  • Checking employee tickets in HRMS in real time and resolving electricity issues or internet issues of the employees by coordinating with their vendors. Getting a timeline for resolution and pushing them to resolve those issues asap.

  • Documentation and filing of all important documents and invoices in their respective folders.

  • Maintaining petty cash sheet and the process.

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

  • Support AM - Recruitment & Shared Services in identifying and aggregating all compliance related data

  • Identify and Own the offline relationships required (PF, ESIC and others)



Experience and Execution Essentials:


  • Have 3 - 8 years of hands on experience in:

    • Maintaining invoices for bill processing

    • Keeping track of IT Equipment Inventory

    • Warehouse mechanism

    • Connecting with vendors and resolving issues related to internet connectivity or electricity, as reported by the employees

    • Compliance activities

  • Strong listening skills and excellent telephone etiquette.

  • Problem solving abilities relevant to this role.

  • Should be a Team player with passion - who understands and respects personal & cultural differences

  • Strong organisational and time management skills - know what you need to do, and DO IT!

  • Bachelor s Degree

  • A people s person; Passionate about building strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders.

  • Committed to meeting deadlines along with quality of delivery; strong attention to detail.

  • Strong English and Hindi language communication.

  • Should be keen to develop their own skills and extend their own level of influence.

  • Good knowledge of Labour Law Compliance.

  • High level of integrity and strong work ethic.

  • Able to cope with the pressure of managing the demands of a high volume of work and meeting deadlines.

Experience and Execution Nice to Haves

  • Experience over the growth phase of startups/SMEs.

  • A qualification in Indian law/labour Law
