Other Critical Responsibilities:

• Responsible for upholding and maintaining sturdy operational/logistics standards and deliverables, including but not limited to human and technological resource management.
  
• Mentor and coach those you lead in order to empower them in the achievement of their roles and goals
  
• Advocate to technology department for projects that benefit other operational business lines
  
• Ownership and responsibility of monitoring/tracking production operational KPI s
  
• Map customer volumes and production resources in order to deliver on forecast and quality requirements.
  
• Collaborate with our Product, Technology, & Dev Team Managers in order to maintain holistic operational health.
  
• Identify solutions for problem-solving or improvement opportunities.
  
• Responsible for the ownership of quarterly/annual goals and performance evaluations.
  
• Design and sustain team production training, quality control, and production benchmarks/deadlines
  

Execution Essentials:

• Strong command and fluency of the English Language in reading, writing, and conversations; required for both local operations, and international business-related conversations.
  
• Strong people skills. Passion, Motivation, Accountability, and groom a healthy culture.
  
• 5 to 7+ years in a high-volume and/or critical people and production environment.
  
• 5 years minimum data management and process analysis experience are required.
  
• 5+ years of Management with a minimum of 5 direct reports and a minimum of 50 employees.
  
• Bachelor's/ Post Graduate (prefer MBA) degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field is required.
  
• Flexibility to work extended hours from time to time.
  
• Freedom to travel internationally.
  
• LE(Lean Enterprise) principles, managing wastes including overproduction, waiting, conveyance, correction, motion, inventory, and processing.
  
• Process Mapping and training.
  
• Data analysis expertise (spreadsheet expertise) [i.e., writing formulas, pivoting, etc., etc.]
  

Experience and Execution Nice to Haves :

• Experience with Agile / SCRUM development methodologies.
  
• Experience with the AWS cloud.
  
• Preferred: understanding of Lightroom CC
