Job Summary

A Customer Support Executive is the person who maintains a healthy relation between the company and the client by giving quickly response in a professional manner.

  • A professional approach in answering calls email, chats and provide support to the client daily basis.
  • Giving required information / updates to the client and take a client meeting calls in a timely manners
  • Learn and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with ongoing project services
  • Responding efficiently and accurately, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
  • Give updates and coordinate with the superior timely manners regarding ongoing project queries of the client through ticket generate system
  • Update in our internal project management system with information about technical issues and useful discussions with client
  • Submitting the daily reports, records to the superior

Preferred Skills:

  • English flaunt communication skill (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail, dedication, and Problem solving skills.
  • Ensure meeting timelines.
