Job Summary

Description:

  • Position is focused on supporting various BlueYonder solutions - Supplier & Carrier Operations and Execution/logistics solutions based on Luminate Platform technology
  • Needs to work with cross functional teams including Product Development, Consulting and various other teams
  • Primarily responsible for onboarding carriers, suppliers and perform EDI onboarding and integrations
  • Triaging any issues raised by customer/supplier or carrier using multiple resources like Postman/control tower audits.
  • Monitor the health of the environment and the metrics proactively to identify any issues
  • Primary work on tickets to resolve all issues raised by Customer, monitoring systems or by any internal departments
  • This position may require 24x7/Weekend coverage and response to systems alerts during 'on-call' periods.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the implemented solution design
  • Enhance/Change the design based on new business requirements by the customer
  • Single Point of contact for all customer requests
  • Identify Root cause and find the permanent solution to any problem.
  • Responsible to address incident/request related to above mentioned suite of products
  • Adheres to priority-based management considering impact + urgency
  • Coordinating Request Priority with Product Development
  • Communicate tracking consistency to customer as required
  • Create and manage necessary vendor support tickets relative to tracking consistency
  • Onboard Project Teams to Carrier Onboarding with visibility providers
  • Document the learning

Required skills and experience:

  • Candidates having hands on knowledge of TMS or any other Transportation related modules (Preferably JDA/BlueYonder TMS)
  • Any knowledge of Supplier or Carrier operations
  • Knowledge of EDI onboardings and Integrations
  • Knowledge on SOAP/REST APIs
  • Good knowledge on SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL server)
  • Working knowledge of ticket tracking tools like Salesforce/Service now/Jira
  • Strong knowledge of service management processes like incident, service request, change and problem
  • Strong customer facing skills and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Requires a bachelors degree (in Industrial/Electronics/Computer Science Engineering or equivalent) with appropriate years of IT experience as outlined above

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of public cloud services (preferably Azure)
  • Knowledge of Postman
  • Understanding of Java code
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Any knowledge of control tower applications
