Job Summary
- Collaborate with hiring managers and to identify Non Tech hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Create job postings that accurately reflect the role and attract the best candidates.
- Source and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Make hiring recommendations and negotiate job offers.
- 1-4 years of experience in a Non-Tech TA role in a Startup.
- Experience working on an ATS System.
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to identify niche talent.
- Comfortable with a remote working setup on a Contractual role.
