  • Collaborate with hiring managers and to identify Non Tech hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Create job postings that accurately reflect the role and attract the best candidates.
  • Source and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process.
  • Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Make hiring recommendations and negotiate job offers.
  • 1-4 years of experience in a Non-Tech TA role in a Startup.
  • Experience working on an ATS System.
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to identify niche talent.
  • Comfortable with a remote working setup on a Contractual role.
