SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Oversee the financial operations of the SNWF and ensure timely and accurate
financial reports and practices
? To maintain books of accounts including cash management, payroll, financial
disbursements, payment receipts and vouchers
? Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records
for projects undertaken by SNWF
? To manage financial control, prepare and analyse budgets, revenues, commissions &
expenses. To ensure they are recorded appropriately on a Monthly/Quarterly basis
against spend vs. budget and monitor expenditure
? To prepare and coordinate investment related matters with concerned authorities.
Oversee the list of investments and highlight renewal / maturity periods
? Obtaining approvals from Trustees on relevant financial activities as per policy and
procedures
? Responsible for preparation of statutory compliance documents as per Charity
Commissioner office, Income Tax office and audit requirements
? To prepare and file Income Tax, Professional Tax and TDS returns & corporate
reporting requirements.
? Prepare and oversee the financial and statutory audit of SNWF including preparation
of financial statements & relevant MIS, timely provision of required documents,
information & reports.
? To maintain documentation, monitoring of internal controls as well as maintain and
report petty cash impress
? To provide inputs on TDS applicability and prepare documentation related to it
? Monitor expenditures under program/project budgets are being utilized
appropriately by the close of the fiscal year
? Preparing and maintaining donor database and management of timely issuance of
receipts to donors

? Handling applicant queries telephonically and in person. Scrutinizing applications for
medical, educational, relief of poverty for appropriate and proper documentation
? To prepare and present project proposals for effective decision making
? To prepare budgets and action plans wherever required
? To follow up, co-ordinate and liaise for all meetings (Internal Group Company
meetings & external meetings) and relevant business papers within specified time
limits
? To prepare and present MIS in terms of certain financials
? To deal with regulatory people in the organization
? To travel and liaise with different public institutions
? To analyse different schemes and projects and assist in aligning the same with the
requirements
? Assisting in all possible tasks like meetings, proposals, documents and presentations
? To assist, analyse and manage all administration related matters pertaining to the
Head
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
1. Technical Competencies
o Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Tally/SAP is a must
o Preferably working knowledge of trust related compliances (Charity
commissioner, Income tax office)
