Job Summary Answering inbound calls through marketing activities, Outbound calls for follow ups.
Outbound calls for channel partners activities.
Meeting targets for site visits through calls.
Sending daily EOD reports of calls.
Updating SFDC system on a daily basis with due dates.
Sending VC emails to the clients, Sending non contactable emails to the clients, Sending product information to the clients on email.
Handling Channel Partner Activity (Sales).
Skills Required :
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries & Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
Qualification :
Graduate
Experience Required :

1 to 4 Year
