Job Summary
  • Be an enabler for business by anchoring adoption of technology in Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, CRM processes for SAP C/4 and other extended applications as applicable.
  • Be the single point of contact for the complete cycle (strategize, plan, implementation, change request & support) of any new functionality / modification in functionality/ add-ons to the application
  • Anchor for C/4 Landscape and conduit between Business & IT.

  • Lead weekly status review meetings with Vendor
  • Periodic Status review meetings with Internal Stakeholders
  • Monitor SLA of S/4 related L1 / L2 / L3 calls from end user
  • Escalate risks and critical issues to the Sr. Manager / IT Head and other key stakeholders
  • Vendor Management where applicable
  • Plan Upgrades, Updates and Changes as well as minimize downtime.
  • Ownership the SAP C/4 Landscape in terms of Architecture, Solution Designs, & Integrations etc. New Requirement/ Process Implementation
  • Identify needs and opportunities for improvements
  • Gathering new business requirements with clear understanding of the impact on other business areas.
  • Coordinate with Brigade Process Owners/Functional HODs to implement /resolve system issues
  • Preparation of Business Blueprint (BBP) with Key Data Structures (KDS)
  • Preparation of functional specification for any new customization
  • End to end testing of all new developments in SAP & ensuring accuracy and quality during testing phase
  • Coordination with business process owner & getting sign off on UAT
  • Maximize the Solution based on Standard and ensure zero or minimal customization Process Improvement/Controls
  • New Initiatives to address process improvements.
  • Additional Controls in processes as needed
  • Corrections/Cleaning of Erroneous data in SAP C/4
  • Development of Dashboards / Reports as needed for Business Project Management
  • Identifies new improvement opportunities in collaboration with business and initiates projects
  • Develops project charter, detailed scope / requirements / process documents and goals
  • Manages Vendor delivery and review of Scope, overall project deliverable and status
  • Leads project issue and risk management process and escalate issues and risks.
  • Manages internal project financials System Adherence & Licensing
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the process and the SAP C/4 system
  • Maintaining all the project related documents (BBP, KDS, Testing document, User Manual etc.)
  • Monitoring critical transaction in production system
  • Drive improvements across standards, guidelines, and processes.
  • Ensure license compliance of SAP C/4 licenses and effective utilization. Roll Outs
  • Performing new projects/building rollout in SAP, coordinating with process/function owners
  • Updating BBP & KDS with new data
  • Performing scenario testing for each module within roll out timelines
  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing with business process owner
  • Conducting End User training Data Migration
  • Performing data migration from legacy to new system or within (Extraction, Cleansing, update in tool, confirmation from business)
  • Validation & Sign off from business process owner for data to be migrated to production system
  • Reconciliation of data post upload in system with data to be uploaded. Training & Capability Building
  • Assist in Capability building of Business Users
  • Identify training needs periodically
  • Conducting refresher training at least once a quarter & for new ones, regularly till the user is trained to the required levels
  • Preparing / Reviewing of End User Manual and circulating to the end users System (& Functional) Administration of C/4
  • Complete Administration of SAP C/4
  • Monitor HCI and HCP on daily basis for incidents.
  • User Administration and Access Control
  • Create and Track to close of incidents with SAP

  • Should have been a point person or SME for SAP C/4 landscape
  • Should be able to work independently, with Vendor and internal teams
  • Real Estate industry experience is preferred
  • Someone who has ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table
  • Should have good understanding SAP S/4 integration using HCI and
  • Good understanding of HCP Technical Knowledge And Skills Required
  • Possesses good understanding of business needs and strong techno functional experience in SAP C/4 (incl. SDK development), SAP HCI and HCP
  • Good experience and understanding of integration with other modules
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
  • Good to have : SAP S/4 SD Module

Qualification :
Engineering Degree (BE/ME) with 8 - 12 Years of experience in SAP C/4 or SAP SD / CRM roles SAP Certifications, preferable
Experience Required :

8 to 12 Years
