Skills Sets:

• Strong technical credentials, with total experience of 8+ years of which last 3+ years experience in product management working directly with design and engineering teams
• Should have developed at least one enterprise Product , through which he can demonstrate product development
• Should have been full stack developer in Java Enterprise application development space.
• Should have knowledge on multiple Frameworks like Spring, Spring BOOT, JSF etc.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with track record for delivering results in fast-moving environments
• Demonstrated success translating complex qualitative and quantitative customer feedback into successful products/features/solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate proven technical leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment.

JOB Description

• The senior technology product developer role is a critical role within Associates team focused on expanding BCITS product portfolio.
• As part of the leadership team, you will work on developing next generation of products to increase the market presence.
• You will work with the business teams to define organizational roadmap, drive execution of technology projects, drive operational excellence initiatives and manage technology operations.
• The team works on some of the most challenging technical problems - like building and running large-scale real-time systems, web services, extracting structured-data from unstructured-content, problems in information retrieval domain, building analytics platform, etc.

Education

• MCA or BE with Computer Science/IT/E&CE/Information Science
