Job Summary
Mandatory Skills :
- Work hand-in-hand with product managers to define product requirements and innovate new and meaningful ways to accomplish them.
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements.
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems(e.g. usability, findability).
- Rapidly translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Develop annotated low, medium, and high fidelity design assets, ensuring you offer multiple concepts to help elicit meaningful feedback.
- Excellent knowledge on layout alignments, fonts style and colors.
- Skilled in the use of Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud products and comparable tools.
- Work with UI developers to implement attractive designs.
- Play well and be able to collaborate with other team members.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Experience with design systems is a plus.
- Motion graphic skills are a big plus.
