Job Description Brillio is seeking a ITSM System Developer to join our ITSM team in a clientfacing role that combines technical responsibilities and traditional consulting elements. The candidate will be involved primarily in the implementation stage of Brillios ITSM Consulting Services and Solutions Team and will deliver ITSM solution definition, implementation, customization, integration, and managed services for customers. Job Location Bangalore, India Notice Period Immediate Experience Minimum of 46 years of practical experience of ITSM design, development, configuration, integration, and administration experience in large, complex environments Strong working knowledge of the following components IT Service Management, IT Operations Management & SIAM Proficient in configuring and developing ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge Management, Self Service Portal, Release Management, Discovery, CMDB, Asset management, Service Level management) ITBM (SDLC, Agile, Project) Knowledge of SSO protocols like SAML, OAuth. and other such technologies and standards Handson experience working with relational databases Handson administrative experience working with at least one toolapplication like ServiceNow, Symphony SummitAI, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Kaseya and Atlassian tools (JIRA) Acted as a Lead Consultant on at least two full lifecycle ITSM implementations and its integration with other 3rd party toolsproducts (SOAP, and API protocols for integrating webbased services) Experience in planning and executing ITSM upgrades Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functionalnative programming languages Experience developing ITSM solutions and technical design documents from business requirements Deep understanding of ITIL practices ITSM Developer & Administrator certifications preferred ITIL v3v4 Foundations Certification is a plus KnowledgeSkillsAbility Design and deliver creative ITSM solutions across verticals Identify and document business challenges and opportunities and suggest solutions addressing those Work in a client facing environment and be able to convey complex technical concepts in business terms Assist sales staff in qualifying leads and generating proposals Create and maintain systemrelated documentation Research new technologies and stay abreast of new products and services. Apply these solutions as part of the service delivery continuous improvement mission Accurately predict the time required to complete development tasks; adhering closely to development plans; anticipating changes to a product specification or schedule as they become necessary during a development cycle Ensure timely delivery of committed services with a consideration of customer satisfaction Validate the development and configuration work to ensure it meets the projects criteria Experience in creating process and business flow diagrams, use cases, storyboards, and training documents Experience in working with both agile and waterfall methodologies Objectoriented programming design Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
