Desirable knowledge or experience in (a plus not mandatory)

Distributed, Highlyavailable systems running at large scale Distributed platforms which use Kafka, Elasticsearch, Cassandra or similar systems

Cloud environments (e.g., Docker, AWS, Openstack etc.,), PostgreSQL Database Database technologies including distributed SQL and nonrelational

Basic understanding of networking including L2L3 Switching & Routing Fundamentals of SDN , NFV (Network function virtualization) , and Orchestration

Minimum of 12 to 14 years experience Manage a small team of engineers and their projects through an agile development process

Develop software microservices and libraries that provide common support for scalable and highly available operation of resource adapters

Participate in all phases of an agile development cycle plan, design, implement, review, test, deploy, document, and train Provide architectural direction and leadership on development projects

Management and team leadership of engineers and software development projects Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms & design patterns

Development experience preferably in languages such as Python Java Network element protocols (e.g., TL1, CLI, SNMP, NETCONF)

Development and use of web services and RESTful APIs Interest and ability to quickly learn and rampup on new languages and technologies

Ability to write understandable, reliable and testable code Effective written and verbal communication skills Agile development methodologies and tools Scrum, Confluence, JIRA
