Job Summary
Description
Minimum of 5 years experience. Experience in technical writing for telecom products is a plus Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage conflicts Guide and mentor the team Responsibilities Create worldclass product documentation, including conceptual and taskbased documentation, API documentation, internal training materials, SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), configuration guides, user guides, product release documentation, release notes, reviews, blogging, other work with text and publication Proficiency to create modular, structured documentation using Asciidoc markup language in Atom text editor Develop or maintain templates for documents. Learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users Edit, clarify and proofread documents written by others Edit and rewrite portions of technical papers, and write original content for existing products Research and understand company product for purpose and functionality Collaborates with software developers, researchers, project managers, and client services members to gather documentation requirements for product release notes Review citations and source materials to ensure delivery of accurate information Good proficiency in Atlassian suite of tools Worked previously in Agile delivery model Ability to work with distributed teams and collaborate well for information Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
