Job Summary

Job Description:

- Pick up complex issues / problem tickets reported by customers.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve complex issues reported by customers.
- Demonstrate exemplary Ownership skills towards incidents and problems reported by Customers.
- Should have skills to analyze Web Server and Application Server logs and point out anomalies.
- Should be able to read and understand codes written in Java and C++
- Should be able to build simple and complex Database (PostgreSQL) queries that could help in troubleshoot the reported problem.
- Should have knowledge of Openshift environment and concepts of Node and Pod should be known.
-Should have worked on tools like SPLUNK and ELK to analyze server logs.
- Should be able to create knowledge base articles for known issues.
- Should be able to create a training plan for the team on various new products by first getting trained.

-Should be open to work in shifts.
