Job Description:
- Custodian for ATM Networkfor the designated region
- Daily follow ups with vendors, CRA, OEMS, etc.
- Liaison with internal stake like Marketing team, Supply team, finance team, Projects
- Driving FLM/SLM closure forcalls.
- Daily reports making, analytics problem finding. Identification andof long pending issues. permanent fixes for prolonged_. Identification and RCA on& part replacement calls. on non-adherence of SLA vendors and actions on.
- Key objective would be sustain maximum system availability the customer with leasttransacting systems.
- Driving Process & Quality programs for ATM operations.
- Ensuring periodic maintenance activities performed in time.
- Identifying opportunities to drive improvement by measuring key performance indicators.
