Job Summary
JD:* To create a map of IT assets and business processes and a set ofgoverning principles that drive an ongoing discussion about businessstrategy and how it can be expressed through IT* Scope also includes aligning business and IT stakeholders byadopting emerging holistic design practices such as design thinking, systemsthinking, and innovations Responsibility* Collaborating with various stakeholders from business, IT,Operations, partners, vendors to define enterprise architecture blueprint* Key member of the Global Insurance team in helping to identify usecases that are important to our insurance customers* Working closely with solutions architects to provide feasibleenterprise solution that is flexible, scalable and capable of synchronizingwith continuously changing business requirements* Participating (Direct/indirect) in developing policies, guidelinesand standards that steer the development, selection, application andutilization of IT within an organization* Overseeing the design, implementation or delivery of processes,programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills* Responsible for participation in the Architecture Review process* Responsible for establishing technical credibility in the salescycle (personally or with the broader technical team) by supportingdiscussions across our customers and partners* Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of LTI,and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions aredesigned for successful deployment* Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst architectcommunity* Author or otherwise contribute to LTI customer-facing publicationssuch as whitepapers/blogs* Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals withincustomers to enable them to be LTI solution advocates* Be the technical liaison between customers, service engineeringteams and support* Serve as a technical domain expert on deploying solutions* Architect solutions leveraging variety of technology, includingsolution development and potentially demonstrate technical feasibilitythrough mechanisms including proof-of-concepts and/or prototypes RequiredSkills & Competencies* Strong experience in any domain such as Consumer, MediaEntertainment, Technology, Banking and Financial Services, Manufacturing andAutomotive or Government* 12-18 years of experience* Demonstrate highly visible connect across technical andnon-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients* Demonstrated competencies in design, build and ownenterprise-grade solution accelerators that facilitate business processes inlife and non-life insurance, including processes for carriers, reinsurers,brokers and other larger intermediaries* Skilled and passionate at designing and building software thatmeets the standards of the Insurance industry, within the associatedregulatory environments; expert knowledge of supporting applications andinfrastructure* Demonstrate experience working effectively with both internal andexternal team members* Demonstrate capability in research, define, and develop solutionsaccelerators and other assets using Digital engineering, Cloud, Data,digital integration etc.* Experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualizationsolutions, data platforms, digital integration and experience platforms inenterprise customers.
