Job Summary
This position is for someone who is excellent in planning and organization and wants to invest their energy in activities that generate high value.
You will ensure that the students love Cambly by answering their queries, identifying patterns among them and optimizing processes. You would use customer insights to improve the customer satisfaction. You would collect feedback from students and advise the team about improving the overall student experience.
Cambly believes in hiring exceptional people who manage themselves and learn quickly. This is especially true in a new market where the specialist will work alone part of the time and will sometimes have to be self-taught. So a high novel of responsibility and commitment is needed.
ADVANCED ENGLISH: English is used daily in contact with the international product, operation, support and marketing teams at the company's headquarters in San Francisco.
