Senior Analyst Job in Capital Float

• Create and maintain actionable risk monitoring dashboards for all Consumer products
• Automate current dashboards to reduce manual effort
• Draw actionable insightsfrom monitoring reports to improve profitability and curtail risk
• Implement and monitor credit risk strategies
• Provide analytical/data driven solutions to maximize revenue while managing risk
• Coach junior associates to effectively deliver across the above workstreams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working in a data driven analytical environment and deep experience in creating actionable visualizations using various BI tools (e.g Power BI, Tableau Qlikview or Holistics)
• Experience creating robust and automated pipelines to ingest and process data (structured/unstructured) from source systems into analytical platforms
• Experience in developing automated BI solutions including creation of dashboards, visualizations, and end-to-end automation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Excel, VBA and macros
• Well versed with using SQL across databases (BigQuery and/or Redshift)
• Well versed with automation of ETL and reports
• Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Skills ::

• 2+ years of experience within the consumer credit risk domain with a clear understanding of critical credit risk metrics across the product life cycle (acquisitions, customer management and collections)
• Well versed with python/R
• Experience coaching junior associates and leading a small team
• Experience implementing credit risk strategies through various tools
